There is no known cause for Asthma. There are, however, different forms of Asthma.

What are the symptoms?

There are several symptoms of Asthma; Wheezing-a whistling sound when you breathe, Coughing that won’t go away and may get worse at night, Shortness of breath and a tight feeling in the chest. Certain things can make your symptoms worsen such as environment, inside and out, pregnancy or even the common cold. Your Doctor will discuss what can triggers your Asthma symptoms.

What is the treatment?

The treatment of your Asthma will depend on the type of Asthma you have. This will be determined by testing. While nothing cures Asthma, the proper treatment will help in managing the symptoms.

Will I get better?

There is no cure for Asthma, but it can be managed
